Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked

Pilates Mat classes make a difference to your health without taking a toll on your body.
At beginner level we start with the fundamentals of mat work. You will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. There is a big emphasis on breathing, correct alignment and core muscle recruitment.
At intermediate level we review the fundamentals of beginner class while moving on to more challenging exercises and repertoire. This class is designed for experienced Pilate’s students
Mat classes are taught in blocks following the school terms. No casuals.
